You can ask the recipient if they have configured such settings in their mailbox and suggest they modify them appropriately. If you receive a system bounce-back message after sending the email, you can contact our mailbox administrator and provide the specific bounce-back content. Our technical staff will analyze the reason and provide a solution after receiving your inquiry.

In Windows 2000/XP, if you press the Esc key twice in a row while composing an email, the content will be cleared and cannot be recovered. This is a Windows system issue, so please try to avoid pressing the Esc key.

Yes. You can perform the following steps to reply to an email with attachments:

• 1) When replying to an email with attachments, click the dropdown arrow next to the "Reply" button at the top of the read mail page and select "Reply with Attachments." If you need to reply to everyone, click "Reply All" and then select "Reply All with Attachments."
